Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned once received. This includes any item that has been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please contact us first and we'll advise you on the best option available.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after approval, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times vary.
